At Poppies Studios, we offer various ways to enjoy our creations, from physical card games to exclusive digital memberships. Below are the terms regarding how you can cancel or modify your orders and subscriptions.
1. One-Time Purchases (Physical Products)

Order Cancellations: Once an order is placed on our website, our fulfillment team begins processing it immediately to ensure fast shipping. You may request a cancellation via hello@poppiesstudios.com within 2 hours of your purchase.

After Processing: If your order has already been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled. You will instead need to follow our [Returns & Refunds Policy] once the item arrives.

Address Changes: We cannot guarantee address changes after an order is submitted. Please double-check your shipping details at checkout.
2. Subscription Services (HeroHero)
Our digital content and "Behind the Scenes" access are managed through the third-party platform HeroHero.

Cancellation Anytime: You can cancel your monthly subscription at any time through your HeroHero account settings.

Access After Cancellation: Upon canceling, you will retain access to all subscriber-only content until the end of your current paid billing period. No further charges will be made.

Non-Refundable Periods: We do not offer prorated refunds for partial months. Subscription fees already processed by HeroHero are non-refundable.
3. Digital Downloads & Instant Content
Any digital products purchased directly (one-time downloads) are considered "used" the moment the download link is accessed. As such, digital downloads are non-cancellable and non-refundable.
4. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
We encourage you to contact us directly at hello@poppiesstudios.com if you have an issue with a purchase. Fraudulent chargebacks or disputes without prior communication may result in a permanent ban from our Services and HeroHero community.
