At Poppies Studios, we want you to love your purchase. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help you get it sorted.

1. Returns

We accept returns on new, unused, and original-condition items within 14 days of delivery.

  • How to start a return: Please email us at hello@poppiesstudios.com with your order number and the details of the item(s) you wish to return.

  • The Process: Once your request is approved, we will send you the return shipping address and specific instructions.

  • Important: Please do not send items back to us without prior approval, as we cannot accept unauthorized returns.

2. Shipping Costs

You are responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning your item. Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

3. Damaged or Faulty Items

If your order arrives damaged, please let us know immediately. We will gladly arrange a replacement or a full refund for damaged goods, provided the issue is reported to hello@poppiesstudios.com within 14 days of receipt.

4. Refunds & Inspection

Once we receive your return, our team will inspect the item to ensure it meets our return criteria.

  • Timeline: We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund within 3 business days of receiving the package.

  • Payment: Approved refunds are processed automatically back to your original method of payment. While we initiate the refund immediately, please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to post the credit to your account.

5. Policy Updates

Poppies Studios LLC reserves the right to modify this policy at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon posting to our website. We encourage you to review this page periodically for updates.
